  • Once the batch commences and classes start (attendance or non-attendance), tuition fees are completely non-refundable.
• Absence/No-show: Failure to attend classes without a written notification prior to batch commencement results in forfeiture of the fees.
• Batch Transfer: If a student cannot attend the registered batch due to medical/special circumstances, they may request a transfer to a future batch (subject to availability) within 15 days of batch commencement, free of additional registration costs.
• Non-refundable Charges: Payment gateway transaction charges (incurred via Razorpay) and study material charges are non-refundable.

3.2 Education Franchise Fees Refund Policy

• Setup & License Fees: Franchise setup fees cover the allocation of territory rights, brand licensing, curriculum integration, and startup materials. Hence, all franchise licensing payments are strictly non-refundable.
• Unapproved Applications: In the event that a franchise application is rejected by the central committee prior to licensing setup, any preliminary security deposit received will be returned within 15 working days.

• Advance Deposits: Initial deposits paid before project initiation are non-refundable as they cover resource allocation and design layouts.
• Milestone Payments: Payments corresponding to completed project milestones are final and non-refundable.
• Project Cancellations: If a client halts project development midway, they will be billed for the hours/milestones completed up to the cancellation notice.

4.2 Physical Shipments (Books & Printed Notes)

For training packages that explicitly include printed study guide volumes, handbooks, or physical kits:

• Shipping Timelines: Physical modules are dispatched via registered courier services (such as Speed Post or partner express logistics) within **3-5 business days** of enrollment.
• Estimated Delivery Period: Delivery takes **5-7 business days** depending on the destination region within India. A tracking ID is shared via email once dispatched.
• Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, if any, are disclosed beforehand on the checkout page during payment. Otherwise, it is covered in the course package fee.
• Damaged / Missing Materials: In case you receive a damaged book pack or a missing item, contact support within **48 hours** of receipt with packet opening pictures/videos for a replacement.
